Readers will laugh at the antics of Old Mother Hubbard while admiring the fantastic detail of the designs. Other characters from the nursery rhyme world make an appearance on the side stage as well. The illustrations are colorful and creative as always, with every page filled to the rafters with details to pore over. The entire book is designed as one large theatrical production for nursery rhymes, directed by the maestro of color himself. A wonderful remake sure to capture audiences young and old with its humor and hidden gems.
